All Sales Final All products sold by The Dailey Edit — including architectural custom drawings and Monthly Mailing Club subscriptions — are handmade, made-to-order, or limited in nature. As such, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@thedaileyedit.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to find a solution to rectify the situation.
Monthly Mailing Club Subscription charges are non-refundable once a billing cycle has processed. If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged for the following month. See our full Cancellation Policy for details.
Lost or Stolen Packages Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, The Dailey Edit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office or carrier directly.
