Monthly Mailing Club — Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Billing Your subscription is billed at $22.00 per month on the date you originally subscribed. Charges are processed automatically each billing cycle.

Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal. To receive a print for the current month, cancellations must be made before your next billing date. Cancellations made after billing has processed will not be refunded, but you will receive that month's print.

Refunds Due to the handmade nature of this product, we do not offer refunds on months that have already been billed and shipped. If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.

Shipping Prints are mailed once per month. New subscribers who join after the monthly mailing cutoff date will receive their first print the following month.

Original Painting Lottery Each month, one active subscriber who also follows @thedaileyedit_official on Instagram is randomly selected to receive the original signed watercolor painting in place of their print. The lottery is announced on Instagram Stories before mailing. Participation in the lottery is not guaranteed and is subject to eligibility as an active subscriber and Instagram follower at the time of the drawing.
